Digital Business Analyst

We aim to provide them with the best advice and services on missions related to any kind of IT improvements. To reach this goal, we are looking for a Digital Business Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be able to identify our clients' desires and perform adequate activities to cater for these desires. This individual will have experience in assessing requirements, acting as a team enhancer, reaching goals, making recommendations to resolve observed problems and to achieve better long-term results and reporting to higher management.
Ideally, the candidate will serve as a bridge between Business and IT teams in terms of knowledge and communications.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis to clearly state an AS IS situation
- Determine ideal TO BE situation based on the client's targets
- Propose fitted action plan to implement IT solutions within the IS
- Be a good bridge between Business & IT in order to fully complement the team
- Collaborate efficiently with the other team members
Qualifications
- Business (& Data) analysis experience
- IT affinities and/or knowledge
- Used to work within the financial industry
- Think outside the box
