Project Manager

At BK SEAMS, our goal is to help our clients achieve their digital transition in the best and smoothest way. We aim to provide them with the best advice and services on missions related to any kind of IT improvements. To reach this goal, we are looking for a (Digital) Project Manager to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will be able to identify our clients' desires and come up with a realistic roadmap to cater for these desires. This individual will have experience in communicating the timelines, developing a realistic and fit-for-purpose roadmap, managing a team, handling goals, risks and budgets and reporting to higher management.

Ideally, the candidate will serve as a bridge between Business and IT teams in terms of knowledge and communications. 

·        Outline project goals, timeline, budget and execution plan

·        Follow compliance and quality standards throughout project

·        Facilitate communication between relevant internal business units

·        Communicate with client to understand needs and manage expectations

·        Manage internal and external stakeholders
·        Gather and analyze current data exchanges
·        Map all key processes
·        Determine Business needs

·        Master's degree

·        3+ years of experience in digital project or other relevant area

·        Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills

·        Experience in working within a challenging environment

·        Versatile background with ability to be efficient in various industries

·        Overall knowledge of project management
·        Business analysis (data analysis is also a plus)
·        Able to conduct opportunity studies
·        Expertise in MS Office

·        Fluent in EN + FR and/or NL
